We really enjoyed Paul's beautiful home that has more than we can ask for including bicycles, kayaks, table tennis etc. The large kitchen and dining easily catered for 12 people and the separate living areas was great for adults and kids. Paul is very friendly, responsive and great to deal with! Thanks Paul!

The house is well appointed and lovely, nestled at the quiet corner of the street facing a large inviting green lawn ( fun for bunny watching!).
It had all to entertain the young and the young at heart :). There was a Christmas tree set up for us , a thoughtful touch for the season! View from the upper deck was great.

  非常好的入住體驗！喜歡遠離市區嘈雜繁囂的旅客， 十分推薦住在菲利浦島的這個住宿，住所提供兩個車位，房源裝修精致，室內設備完善，房間充足，床位充足，廁所和洗澡的空間足夠，彩光充足，十分喜歡Google智能家居，可以隨時播放喜歡的音樂，房源外風景優美，步行5分鐘到達沙灘，前往島上任何旅行景點或者活動體驗到非常方便。適合多人和自駕遊的旅客。房東提供的戶外活動設備也很豐富，我的小朋友非常喜歡兒童單車，還有沙灘椅和沙灘足球，屋內還有很多給小朋友玩的玩具，小朋友非常開心。

稍為需要給意見的，是廚房的廚具，尤其是煎鑊，比較舊，防刮塗層都沒有了，煎煮任何食物都比較困難。房間內偶然會出現蜘蛛等其他昆蟲，但作為澳洲來說，這是正常情況。

開車20分鐘到達島上大型 Coles 超市，或者5分鐘過對岸的 San Remo IGA 超市。

房東十分友善，專門駕車1小時來到現場幫忙解決問題。

如果你是多人自駕有小朋友的旅遊，亦不介意遠離市區，我一定推薦這個房源！我也期待下一次會再回到這裡。

The owners even went to the extent of having a cute little welcome pack with info for Phillip island, candle and a little souvenir. Each room contained a water bottle bottle by the bedside tables and towels - it was really sweet. The beach is such a short walk, it’s like it opens up to a hidden gem - so beautiful. We really loved and enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back to Bunya in the future. Highly recommend booking this gorgeous place.

It is a short walk to a charming secluded beach with calm waters. The kitchen/ living areas are large and had plenty of room for our group of 3 families. It would be nice if there was an extra bathroom upstairs but it wasn’t a big deal. We would love to stay again.
